Can you make __________?
Generally, if you have an idea for a piece, I can make it. If you have a photo and an idea of its final dimensions, even better. Send me an email to discuss your idea.
How long will it take to make my piece?
Completion times vary based on the size and complexity of the piece as well as the number of other orders ahead of you. For reference, cutting boards or patch displays can be completed in about a week whereas a Piano Bar could take 2-3 months. At the time you place and order I will be able to provide an estimate.
What forms of payment do you accept?
My preferred form of payment is a Zelle Bank Transfer. I also accept cash, PayPal (buyer pays PayPal fees), and credit card (buyer pays 3.5% fee). Payment must be made in full up front for items under $500. Items over $500 can be split, 1/2 up front and 1/2 on delivery.
What is your shipping policy?
Small items like display pieces and cutting boards can be shipped easily by USPS or UPS. For larger pieces, professional furniture moving services are recommended. These services must be arranged by the buyer upon completion of the piece. Local pickup from Alexandria, VA is always an option.
What’s your return policy?
Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned.
